Recipes for Skin Bleaches

Some people are plagued with dark spots on their hands and face. This dark pigment can often be bleached with prseverance and patience. However, the bleach is usually temporary and don't expect miracles. Beware not to buy bleach creams that contain ammoniated mercury which is very strong and not recommended for continual use.

Ascorbic acid preparations are safer and also have properties which are effective in decreasing the pigment formation as well as helping to remove already fixed pigment.

If you try out any natural recipe and your condition doesn't improve with 6 - 8 weeks, I would advise a visit to the dermatologist.
