Steam soups for normal and dry skin



Chamomile Soup (skin softener, pore opener)

Use chamomile flowers or tea (or six tea bags) and add a handful to 1 quart of boiling water. Let steep a couple of hours. Bring to second boil, remove from heat, and steam face for 10 minutes. Leftover soup can be stored in the refrigerator and reused.


Rose Soup (skin softener, pore opener)

Use either fresh or dried rose petals and follow Chamomile Soup recipe.


Rosemary Soup (skin softener, pore opener)

Use dried rosemary leaves and follow Chamomile Soup recipe.
